Who We Are

CHAL is an 85-unit senior living community located within sprawling deKoevend Park in Centennial, Colorado. Our community has 29 Memory Care suites and 56 Assisted Living Suites. We offer a non-corporate work environment and a competitive employment package. CHAL is looking for vibrant, compassionate individuals who will help in creating an exceptional community for the residents we serve.

Core Duties

• Servers will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to taking food orders, serving the resident’s food and beverage orders, plating food, setting, clearing, and sanitizing tables, and helping with a variety of tasks in the dish room.

Candidate’s Job Requirements

• Candidate is preferred to have a minimum off 1 year experience working as a food server
• Candidate must be able to work independently, be able to self-direct and be motivated to work.
• Candidate must be able to pass a full drug screen and national background check.
• Candidate must have strong leadership skills.
• Candidate must be able to multi task.
• Candidate must have dependable and reliable transportation to meet schedule expectations.
• Candidate may be required to work weekends and holidays.
• Candidate will be expected to perform other duties as assigned or needed
