Terran Orbital seeks a motivated and well-rounded Financial Analyst in our Boca Raton, Florida headquarters. The Financial Analyst will work with a multidisciplinary team to support all aspects of corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, treasury, investor relations, board and external reporting, corporate development, and competitive intelligence. This is a generalist position that, with time, can expect exposure to a wide range of corporate finance matters and strong career development. Prior exposure to or interest in aerospace is a plus.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain the consolidated corporate financial model and prepare analyses related to it, including preparing financial statements for forecasted results, including income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows, and related supplemental data
  • Assist in the annual budget process
  • Create or review financial models for potential transactions
  • Prepare regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders such as the board of directors, lenders and banking partners, and auditors
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for senior and executive management, the board of directors, or external parties
  • Support Investor Relations and SEC Financial Reporting with analysis and data for earnings releases, SEC filings, and investor presentations
  • Maintain familiarity with the public markets and competitive landscape
  • Support the Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Accounting, and Program Management teams as needed
  • Provide all other requested financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualification and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, or related disciplines
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, investment management, investor relations, or related fields
  • CFA or CFA candidate a plus
  • Strong sense of urgency, excellent communication and organization skills, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain financial and other information confidentiality

Physical Demands

An employee must meet the physical demands described to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. In performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely required to sit or stand for long durations of time, in addition to bending, reaching, and walking. This would require the ability to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. This position is generally sedentary, with substantial computer usage.

Work Environment

The job operates in a professional office environment but in a manufacturing company. This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners.
