Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Receive documents and initiate logging process, confirm data received is in compliance with all requirements, process all records in accordance with requirements, coordinate cargo availability and arrange pickup and delivery, and finalize billing and distribute copies as required.
- Shipment Status reporting: Review daily monitoring reports, ensure all measurement standards are met, and proactively report non-conformities.
- Align customer, sales team, and operations team order expectations.
- Investigate and resolve chargebacks and shipping discrepancies.
- Coordinate customer credits and debits.
- Communicate critical operational information to other offices.
Requirements
- 2+years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- 2+ years of inbound traffic coordination with handling export orders, verification of paperwork to customer-provided order information, and setting container loading schedules.
- Proficient in MS Excel, strong organization, follow-up, and communication skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
