We are actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative and project support for the President and CEO, C-Suite members, and designated Vice Presidents.

Required:
- Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of Executive Administrative Assistant experience directly supporting a President & CEO and/or C-Suite level position.
- Certifications and demonstrated ability within the areas of advanced proficiency in MS office(Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and Power Point)

Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to C-Suite and designated VP positions. Duties may include: typing correspondence, mailing, copying, screening calls, organizing meetings, research and data gathering, creating and submitting travel and other expense reports, scheduling appointments / meetings, and keeping calendars updated as needed.
- Responsible for keeping Board information current and corresponding with the Board as required by by-laws and in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements. Duties include the maintenance of Board portal, meeting set-ups, meeting attendance, coordination of board packets and typing minutes for various meetings.
- Responsible for coordination and recordkeeping of various internal meetings, such as Executive Leadership Team, Staff Town Hall meetings, other Staff Meetings, new staff orientation. Attends other internal meetings at request of C-Suite and/or designated VP’s.
- Maintains corporate records and contracts and produces Annual Agency calendar.
- Responsible for the coordination of meeting room for community usage, including room set-up, coffee, welcome board, invoicing and other duties associated with the scheduling of the room.
- Responsible for various on-going administrative tasks and projects assigned including research, analysis, and project management.
