What you are empowered to accomplish:
Plummer is looking for a seasoned engineer to build and lead a design team to support new business in the El Paso area. The El Paso Team Leader will develop and implement a business plan to establish and grow net revenue of $1M – $2M and a local presence of 6 – 8 staff within 3 – 5 years.
Build Lifelong Relationships:
Although the El Paso Team Leader will pioneer a new office, they will not do it alone. The El Paso Team Leader will report to the South Texas Area Leader and will be able to turn to her and other Plummer leaders for guidance and mentorship.
Our Ideal Teammate:
Our ideal teammate will have 8 – 12 years of experience in the A/E/C industry and expertise in any of these sectors: Water or Wastewater Treatment, Pipelines, Lift Stations, or Pump Stations.
We require a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering and Professional Engineer Licensure. We are seeking a strong communicator with leadership skills and the ability to collaboratively plan, problem-solve, and follow-through on projects.
