Position Summary

Responsible for fast and accurate order picking & packing for GuineaDad’s Fulfillment team.

$15/hour, paid weekly

Monday - Friday 7AM-3:30PM with 30min (unpaid) and 20 min break (paid).

After 90 days benefits & bonus: Holiday pay, start to accrue 10 day PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision (80% paid by employer), year end bonus.

Located: North Las Vegas near Speedway

Duties

• Printing out shipping labels and packing list using Shipstation
• Accurately pick and pack items for shipment without mistakes
• Fast and efficient with order fulfillment for shipping carrier pickups
• Communicating with shipping carriers for successful pickups
• Assist customer support team in meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Safe and efficient operation of pallet jack
• Safely loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and comply with all safety and quality policies

Requirements

• Having a reliable transportation, showing up on time, every time.
• At least 6 months of experience of using Shipstation or equivalent software
• Able to type 40 words per minute
• At least 1 year warehouse experience
• Experience in writing emails and using google sheets (or Microsoft excel)
• Basic math and reading skills
• Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions (In English)
• Ability to pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Ability to work in a team environment, with respect for other colleagues
• Ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds solo and greater weights in a team-lift environment
• Physical requirements include: lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, twisting, kneeling, and standing for long periods of time
