Montessori Kids Universe of Mason is seeking full-time Preschool Teachers to help build a strong educational foundation for young children.

Qualifications:

· One-year minimum experience working in a childcare center or preschool.

· Ability to develop learning objectives and activities in accordance with the Ohio Early Learning Standards

. Montessori experience preferred, but not required. WE WILL TRAIN : )

Responsibilities:

· Implementing developmentally-appropriate experiences for young children

· Supervising children and interacting on their level

· Guiding children in activities that will encourage their emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development

· Establishing and maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment

· Using a Positive Guidance approach to discipline to ensure respect is maintained

· Ongoing professional development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
