General Description of Position:
The Data Management & Reporting Analyst supports the enterprise by analyzing data sets and architecting systems, processes, and dashboard solutions for that data. This position spans across multiple functions and must collaborate to understand requirements for outputs and determine how data can be analyzed and delivered for optimal results. This role operates on both master data and transactional data (via multiple sources) with comprehension and applied detailed analysis of data conditions and accuracy to support business information and decision-making needs. In addition to the above, the role will develop subject matter expertise in software/systems that foster business growth. This is a highly visible position within the company.
Duties:
· Maintenance of master data records in defined systems including data warehouses to ensure data integrity and accuracy
· Transactional record management in defined systems to ensure interface data integrity
· Validate requirements and administer critical analysis of data sets, process designs, systems testing (UAT), and implementation success of data related projects
· Collaboration with cross functional teams in conceptualizing, analyzing, and delivering data using available tools/processes resulting in dashboards that display real-time data
· Present data in a user-friendly format for functional segmentation and reporting to all levels of leadership
· Provide Super User departmental functional support in critical software systems
Education & Work Experience:
· Higher education and/or advanced degree in computer science, business management disciplines, or information systems
· Minimum 2 years of equivalent work experience with portfolio review
· Experience programming in multiple languages, such as Python, SQL & C#
· Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
· Experience with user web creation
· Analytical with problem solving mindset and business acumen
· Aptitude for process, systems, data, controls, analysis, teaching/coaching, and project management
· Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills to all levels of an organization
· Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and detailed oriented
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-energy environment
· Ability to work both independently and in team-oriented, collaborative environments
