Ercolano Cleaning & Restoration is a family owned and operated business. We specialize in insurance loss due to water mitigation, mold remediation, along with fire/smoke damage. We are a rapidly growing company searching for hard working individuals who are looking to grow with us. This individual must have prior industry experience and ability to scope a water, fire or mold loss from start to finish, gather proper floor plans, measurements of materials being removed, and know the proper equipment that is to be set up in order to remediate the loss. ECR will train you on ECR way of mitigating and completing a water or fire damage loss.

Requirements:

• Must have worked in the insurance damage industry previously.
• Must be able to scope water, fire and mold damage to residential and commercial properties.
• Must be able to speak with customers on the process and procedures of their claim and what you will be doing as scope.
• Needs to have communication skills with Project Managers as well as adjusters on claim.
• Ability to adapt to ECR's systems and procedures.
• Ability to use Mobile Applications for documentation of jobs Encircle, Albi, ETC.
• Willing to accomplish on-site training as well as weekly meetings with necessary staff.
• Must be an organized individual and be able to handle multiple projects at once.
• Understand any customer specific needs and work to the best ability to accommodate them.
• Needs to meet quota and time expectations.
• Must have a HARD WORK ETHIC.
• Must be able to see the most efficient way to complete job.
• Must be able to take direction from project manager or estimator.
• Must be able to LEAD your technician.
• IICRC certification is a plus.
