Branch is looking for a Sourcer to help discover talent for our go-to-market, business and technical teams. You're our ideal candidate if you have a toolkit of creative and effective sourcing strategies, a proven track record of sourcing and closing a high volume of quality candidates, a passion for inclusive recruiting practices, and exceptional attention to detail.
This role can be 100% remote. The contract duration will be 6+ months.
As a Sourcer, you'll get to:
- Provide front end (finding, sourcing, and phone screening), high volume recruiting support for our GTM, Business and Technical teams.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company.
- Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to deeply understand hiring needs and develop strategic, custom sourcing plans.
- Screen sourced prospects and facilitate the next steps in the hiring process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, talent partners, and interviewers.
- Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format.
You'll be a good fit if you have:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience focused on supporting the business and/or GTM teams.
- Consistent track record for successfully identifying and filling pipelines with exceptional candidates in high growth environments.
- Utilized non-traditional and creative strategies to discover talent. This could include Google X Ray, publishings, social media platforms and networking events.
- A highly organized and data driven approach to candidate tracking and funnel metrics.
- Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/Software company.
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Driven and eager to make an impact.
- A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team.
In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Palo Alto, is $30 - $50 an hour.
Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Palo Alto only. Compensation for candidates outside of Palo Alto will be based on the candidate's specific work location.
