Bookkeeper Job at Robert Half
We are seeking a self-driven and organized accounting professional who can confidently take over accounting functions with minimal supervision. Managing accounts receivable, month-end closing, accounts payable, and reconciliation are important tasks in the Bookkeeper role. Likewise, the Bookkeeper will assist on the customer service side when necessary, entering orders into the system and processing payments. Proficiency in QuickBooks is required. Key responsibilities:
Uphold monthly accounting close
Maintain general ledger
Assemble monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents.
Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Enter customer orders into the system.

4+ Years of Accounting Experience.
Customer Service Skills.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems.
Highly organized and self-motivated.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Deep understanding of QuickBooks
