Dario Diesel in Worcester Massachusetts is now hiring full-time Parts Counter Sales Person. Qualified candidates must have a minimum 3 years of automotive truck parts retail sales, and or dealership experience working as Parts counter sales person, candidates must have strong customer service skills, be able to work in a team environment, be able multi-task, have solid customer service skills, experience with ADP/CDK dealer operating system a plus, and must be able to lift 50lbs, have a valid driver’s license, pass a back ground and drug screening.

Responsibilities will include:

• Answering Incoming calls, promptly and professionally.
• Greeting all walk-in customers promptly and providing timely professional service.
• listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking specific questions to identify the what parts the customer is seeking.
• Answer incoming emails from customers.
• Look up parts on manufactures online parts catalogs.
• Process customer sale orders.
• Process payment transactions.
• Informing customers about new and current parts specials
• Provide support to in house technicians.
• Provide order support to outside sales team.
