Responsibilities of Automotive Mechanic

· Diagnose and inspect vehicles for necessary repairs

· Communicate findings with Service Advisor

· Document all work performed

· Keep up to date on factory training

Requirements of Automotive Mechanic

· Previous automotive service experience

· Diesel experience is preferred

· ASE Certification and transmission experience is a plus

· Strong understanding of the service drive

· Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality

· Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

· Team player with the ability to collaborate with others effectively

· Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record
