The McCabe Agency is looking for energetic, aggressive and outgoing Sales Agents for their main agency located in Shorewood. The McCabe Agency opened in 2004 and is the largest Allstate agency in WI. With an increased focus on new business sales and growth this is an ideal environment for a sales professional to excel and maximize their potential and earn top commission.

Whether you are a recent college grad, new to the insurance industry or an experiences insurance sales agent we have a tremendous opportunity for you. Paid training, no cold calling, leads provided, and great opportunity for advancement. P/C insurance license is preferred but not required.
Paid health insurance, 401k match, salary, commission and bonuses are provided.
Key Functions:
- Solicit and write new P&C policies from both inside and outside the current book of business
- Follow consistent sales process for all prospects for quoting, sales tracking, application completion and follow-up.
- Meet the production requirements and goals assigned by the agent /office manager
- Manage prospecting campaigns
- Develop and maintain the agency relationship with existing customers
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting and rating plans
- Ensure that required documents are signed, filed and submitted
- Follow compliance guidelines and procedures
- Compose letters and correspondence
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
