This position allows you to utilize proven processes and resources while using creativity and innovation to craft an engaging and rewarding career.

Your Job: You engage directly with tenants, employees, contractors, and the community at large to to ensure successful management to the highest possible level.

Regular Tasks include:

• Rent collections
• Annual certification processing
• Tenant, vendor, and community communications
• Invoicing and budget review
• Waitlist Management and
• Capital Expense Planning and Initiating
• Reporting

What is Required to be Successful: As a Property Manager, you must have a unique combination of organizational and people skills. You must be highly self-motivated, organized, and independent thinker who is able to work in an autonomous manner while maintaining strong communication with your colleagues. You must be an active listener with healthy boundaries and the desire to deal with problems involving multiple variables while remaining impartial and unbiased.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• 2+ years experience in property management
• RD STAR or HUD COS Certification
• Fair Housing Knowledge
• Ability to use and learn new software (Microsoft, RealPage)
• Knowledge of standard office equipment
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
